Show up.
One habit, set in the calendar, kept for a week without interruption. Phones in the drawer.
IIWeek II
Read aloud.
A short text every evening — scripture, Plutarch, a hard letter. Twenty minutes, voices in the room.
IIIWeek III
Make a thing.
Sketchbook, a recipe, a fixed lamp. Anything where you and your kid have flour or sawdust on your hands.
IVWeek IV
Lose well.
A game, a debate, a public failure. We coach what to say after, not just how to win.
VWeek V
Walk slow.
A long Sunday walk with no destination. The hardest week for most dads. Phones home.
VIWeek VI
Tell it back.
A short letter from your kid back to you. The capstone. We frame it.
