  • Name and email address
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
  • Usage data: which lessons you access, when you log in
  • Voluntarily submitted information (support messages, survey responses)

We also collect standard web analytics (page views, referral sources) via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use it

  • To create and manage your account

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

4. Email communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails (receipts, password resets) and — if you opt in — our Weekly Encouragement email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance. To request deletion, email hello@homeschooldavinci.com.
