1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using homeschooldavinci.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid members.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account covers your household — please do not share credentials outside your family.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Paid memberships (Curious and Da Vinci) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds. Founding-rate pricing is locked for the life of a continuous subscription — if you cancel and re-subscribe, the founding rate no longer applies.
4. Intellectual property
All curriculum content, lesson plans, writing, and design belong to Homeschool Da Vinci. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your household's homeschool education. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to distribute harmful content, scrape curriculum at scale, impersonate other users, or circumvent access controls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about availability, completeness, or educational outcomes. Homeschool Da Vinci is a tool — results depend on you and your children.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeschool Da Vinci's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
